7:30 a.m mixer, 8 – 9 a.m. program
Washington Street Education Center
The Fall Fundraiser Breakfast is a great opportunity to learn about the Chelsea Education Foundation (CEF) and how it supports the School District through grants and scholarships. Each year, the CEF disperses approximately $22,000 in grant monies and $30,000 in Scholarships. Since 2001, the CEF has supported over 44, 000 students. Programs funded include Why You Matter, Science Olympiad, Gettysburg Trip, Makers Space at North Creek and Music Cultural Exchange.
The morning will feature an early riser mixer 7:30-8:00am, breakfast and program from 8:00-9:00am. The breakfast is complimentary for people to come and learn about the CEF. Yes, it is also a fundraiser. Guests will be asked to consider making a contribution, but there’s no minimum gift. The CEF hopes to inspire guests to want to give. As much as anything, we want the community to come and find out about the incredible work done by the CEF.
Spaces are limited, and a reservation is required by September 18, 2018. If you would like to attend contact Angela Berent firstname.lastname@example.org or Angie McCalla at email@example.com to be added to the guest list.
